Copyright Requirements, Supply of Images and Payment Terms

In general, we supply large selections of high resolution images for books as retouched scans on CD or DVD in the appropriate resolution and image size for the customer's use. Alternatively, we can supply high resolution images for magazines, books, advertising or other use in limited quantities for secure download from our server. We require that the customer execute a simple one-time copyright acknowledgment and return or destroy all image media and electronic files after use without retaining copies.

We issue an invoice at the time that we deliver the final scans for reproduction and expect payment within 30 days thereafter. While certain publishers have usually delayed their payment until the date of publication, we request that our publishing customers do not request final scans until they are actually required and then pay within 30 days of delivery. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Photo credit must always be provided to The Klemantaski Collection with any use of our images.

For commercial use prices, please refer to our Commercial Use Price List which is available in the Downloads section of this website.
